SUARA WANITA
1. Pendapat utama: Suara wanita tidak termasuk aurat. Oleh karena itu, mendengarkan suara wanita pada dasarnya tidak haram.
2. Pengecualian: Mendengarkan suara wanita bisa menjadi haram jika ada dua kondisi ini:
- Dikhawatirkan akan menimbulkan fitnah (godaan atau kerusakan moral/agama), atau
- Mendengarkannya dilakukan dengan perasaan menikmati atau merasa senang secara syahwat.

WOMEN’S VOICES
1. Main View: A woman’s voice is not considered part of awrah (private parts or aspects that must be concealed). Therefore, listening to a woman’s voice is fundamentally not forbidden.
2. Exceptions: Listening to a woman’s voice may become forbidden if either of these two conditions applies:
- There is a concern that it will lead to fitnah (temptation, or moral/religious harm), or
- The listening is done with a sense of pleasure or sensual enjoyment.

DALIL
وليس من العورة الصوت فلا يحرم سماعه إلا إن خشي منه فتنة أو التذ به كما بحثه الزركشي
Menurut pendapat kuat, suara wanita itu bukan aurat, karena itu mendengarkannya tidak haram, kecuali jika dikhawatirkan terjadi fitnah atau merasa lezat dengan suara itu sebagaimana yang dibahas oleh az-Zarkasyi.
According to the stronger view, a woman’s voice is not part of the awrah. Therefore, listening to it is not forbidden, unless there is concern that it will lead to fitnah (temptation or harm), or if one derives sensual pleasure from the voice as discussed by az-Zarkasyi
