maksud; Satu tahun ada 360 hari. Puasa Ramadan adalah 30 hari. sama dengan 300 hari. (30 x 10). Jika kemudian berpuasa 6 hari di bulan Syawwal (setelah hari raya idul fitri pertama), maka nilainya sama dengan 60 hari (6 x 10). Sehingga totalnya menjadi 360 hari, sama seperti satu tahun penuh

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever fasts during the month of Ramadan and then follows it with six days of fasting in the month of Shawwal, it will be as if they have fasted for an entire year."
Meaning: A year is considered to have 360 days. Ramadan fasting lasts 30 days, are equivalent to 300 days (30 x 10). If one then fasts for six days in the month of Shawwal (after the first day of Eid al-Fitr), their reward is equivalent to 60 days (6 x 10). Thus, the total amounts to 360 days, just like a full year
