1. Meremehkan ustadz adalah perbuatan yang tidak baik
Ustadz adalah orang yang memberikan ilmu, baik ilmu agama maupun ilmu lainnya. Jika seseorang merendahkan atau menganggap remeh ustadznya, Allah akan memberikan ujian atau akibat atas perbuatan itu.
2. Akibat pertama: Lupa apa yang telah dihafal
Semua ilmu atau hal yang pernah dipelajari dan diingat dengan baik akan sulit diingat lagi. Ini karena meremehkan sumber ilmu membuat kita tidak bisa mempertahankan apa yang telah kita dapatkan.
3. Akibat kedua: Terkelu lidahnya
Lidah menjadi tidak terkendali, bisa saja berkata yang salah, menyakiti hati orang lain, atau bahkan menyebarkan berita bohong. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya rasa hormat yang membuat kita tidak bisa menggunakan lidah dengan baik.
4. Akibat ketiga: Akan membutuhkan ustadznya di kemudian hari
Pada akhirnya, orang tersebut akan merasa kekurangan ilmu dan kembali membutuhkan bantuan ustadz yang pernah diremehkannya. Ini menjadi pelajaran bahwa ilmu tidak bisa diperoleh tanpa rasa hormat pada orang yang mengajarkannya

RESPECT YOUR TEACHER
1. Disrespecting a teacher is wrong behavior
A teacher (ustadz) is someone who imparts knowledge, whether religious or other fields of study. If a person looks down on or disrespects their teacher, Allah will send trials or consequences for such actions (for example, having the audacity to oppose them, being quick to judge them wrongly, etc.).
2. First consequence: Forgetting what has been memorized
All knowledge or things that have been learned and well-remembered will become hard to recall. This happens because disrespecting the source of knowledge prevents us from retaining what we have gained (it is like a natural occurrence—suddenly forgetting everything).
3. Second consequence: Losing control of one’s tongue
The tongue becomes unruly; one may speak incorrectly, hurt others’ feelings, or even spread false information. This occurs because lack of respect makes us unable to use our tongue properly (such as speaking rudely, which causes many people to dislike us).
4. Third consequence: Needing the teacher later in life
Eventually, that person will feel a lack of knowledge and turn back to seek help from the teacher they once disrespected. This serves as a lesson that knowledge cannot be obtained without respecting those who teach it (by God’s divine will, they will surely regret their actions on their own).
CONCLUSION
The core message is to respect your teacher as well as possible. For instance, by being obedient, bowing in respect, and more treating them as if they are greater than a king
DALIL
وروي عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال من استخف بأستاذه ابتلاه الله تعالى بثلاثة أشياء نسي ما حفظ وكلّ لسانه وافتقر في آخره
Artinya, “Diriwayatkan dari Nabi Muhammad SAW, ia bersabda, ‘Siapa saja yang meremehkan ustadznya, niscaya Allah turunkan bala pada tiga hal. Pertama, ia menjadi lupa terhadap hafalannya. Kedua, terkelu lidahnya. Ketiga, pada akhirnya ia akan membutuhkan ustadznya,’”

Meaning: "It is narrated from the Prophet Muhammad SAW that he said, 'Whoever disrespects their teacher (ustadz), Allah will surely send trials upon three aspects of their life. First, they will forget what they have memorized. Second, their tongue will become unruly. Third, in the end, they will need their teacher.'"
