SHOLATNYA ORANG YANG DIPERBAN

 

1. Jabiroh pada Anggota Tayamum (Wajah dan Kedua Tangan)

 

Hukum: WAJIB MENGULANG SHALAT

 

Jika perban menutupi bagian wajah atau tangan, maka shalatnya wajib diulang secara mutlak. Ketentuan ini berlaku dalam segala kondisi, baik perban tersebut menutupi bagian sehat melebihi kebutuhan maupun tidak, dan baik dipasang dalam keadaan suci maupun tidak.

 

Alasan: Karena pada anggota tersebut terjadi kekurangan pada dua alat bersuci sekaligus, yaitu tidak bisa menggunakan air (terhalang perban) dan juga tidak bisa menggunakan debu (terhalang perban).

 

 

 

2. Jabiroh di Luar Anggota Tayamum

 

(Misalnya pada kaki, lengan atas, atau badan)

 

Hukumnya dibagi menjadi dua kondisi:

 

✅ TIDAK WAJIB MENGULANG SHALAT

 

Shalatnya sah dan tidak perlu diulang jika memenuhi dua syarat:

 

1. Perban hanya menutupi bagian yang sehat seperlunya saja (sekadar untuk menguatkan ikatan).

2. Perban dipasang dalam keadaan suci (sudah berwudu sebelumnya).

 

❌ WAJIB MENGULANG SHALAT

 

Shalatnya tidak sah dan wajib diulang jika:

 

1. Perban menutupi bagian yang sehat melebihi ukuran yang dibutuhkan.

2. Perban dipasang dalam keadaan tidak suci (sedang berhadas/belum wudu).

Secara garis besar, ada 6 kondisi yang dapat diringkas menjadi:

 

3 Kondisi Wajib Mengulang Shalat:

 

1. Terletak di anggota tayamum (wajah/tangan).

2. Menutupi bagian sehat secara berlebihan.

3. Dipasang saat sedang berhadas/tidak suci.

 

3 Kondisi Tidak Wajib Mengulang Shalat:

 

1. Terletak di luar anggota tayamum.

2. Dipasang saat dalam keadaan suci.

3. Hanya menutupi bagian sehat secukupnya.

 

 

 

TAMBAHAN PENTING

 

Pengertian Jabiroh:

Adalah alat penyangga seperti kayu, bambu, atau penutup seperti perban, plester, dan obat oles yang digunakan pada bagian tubuh yang sakit atau patah, sehingga menghalangi masuknya air.

 

Cara Bersuci:

Bagi shohibul jabiroh, tata caranya adalah:

 

- Membasuh bagian tubuh yang sehat dengan air.

- Mengusap air di atas permukaan perban.

- Melakukan tayamum sebagai pengganti bagian yang tidak terkena air

(Rulings for the Injured Person)

 

 

 

1. Bandages on Parts for Tayammum (Face and Hands)

 

Ruling: PRAYER MUST BE REPEATED

 

If the bandage covers the face or hands, the prayer must be repeated, regardless of the situation. This rule applies absolutely, whether the bandage covers more healthy skin than necessary or not, and whether it was applied while in a state of purity or not.

 

Reason: Because for these body parts, there is a deficiency in both methods of purification: water cannot reach the skin, and dust (for Tayammum) also cannot reach the skin, as both are blocked by the covering.

 

 

 

2. Bandages on Other Body Parts

 

(Examples: legs, arms, or torso)

 

The ruling is divided into two conditions:

 

✅ PRAYER IS VALID (DO NOT NEED TO REPEAT)

 

The prayer is valid and does not need to be repeated if both conditions are met:

 

1. The bandage only covers healthy skin as necessary (just enough to secure the dressing).

2. The bandage was applied while the person was in a state of purity (already performed Wudu).

 

❌ PRAYER IS INVALID (MUST BE REPEATED)

 

The prayer is invalid and must be repeated if:

 

1. The bandage covers healthy skin more than what is necessary.

2. The bandage was applied while the person was in a state of impurity (had not performed Wudu).

Definition of Jabirah:

Refers to supports such as wood or splints, or coverings like bandages, plasters, and ointments used on injured or broken bones, which prevent water from reaching the skin.

 

How to Perform Purification:

For an injured person, the method is:

 

- Wash the healthy parts of the body with water.

- Wipe water over the surface of the bandage/cast.

- Perform Tayammum (dry purification with dust) to replace the part that water cannot reach
