Tanggal 10 Muharram atau yang dikenal sebagai Hari Asyura adalah hari yang sangat bersejarah. Pada hari yang mulia inilah, Allah SWT menyelamatkan Nabi Ibrahim ‘alaihis salam dari kobaran api yang sangat besar yang dinyalakan oleh Raja Namrud.
Keselamatan tersebut terjadi berkat kalimat thayyibah yang beliau ucapkan:
"Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil" (Cukuplah Allah sebagai penolong kami dan Dia sebaik-baik pelindung).
Hal ini tercatat dalam Hadis Riwayat Imam Al-Bukhari:
"Dari Ibnu ‘Abbas radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, ia berkata: “Hasbunallah wa ni’mal wakil adalah kalimat yang diucapkan oleh Nabi Ibrahim ‘alaihis salam ketika beliau dilemparkan ke dalam api.”
Keutamaan Membacanya di Hari Asyura
Para ulama menjelaskan keutamaan yang luar biasa jika kalimat ini dibaca secara khusus pada Hari Asyura:
Artinya:
"Barang siapa membaca bacaan ini sebanyak 70 kali pada Hari Asyura:
"Hasbiyallahu wa ni'mal wakil, ni'mal maula wa ni'man nasir"
"Maka Allah Ta’ala akan menjaganya dari segala keburukan dan bahaya sepanjang tahun tersebut."

WIRID TO BE RECITED ON THE 10TH OF MUHARRAM
The 10th of Muharram, known as the Day of Ashura, is a highly significant historical day. On this blessed day, Allah SWT saved Prophet Ibrahim (‘alaihis salam) from the immense fire kindled by King Namrud.
This salvation occurred through the blessed words he uttered:
"Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil"
(Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.)
This is recorded in a Hadith narrated by Imam Al-Bukhari:
"From Ibn ‘Abbas radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, he said: 'Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil' is the statement that Prophet Ibrahim ‘alaihis salam said when he was thrown into the fire."
The Virtue of Reciting It on the Day of Ashura
The scholars have explained the extraordinary virtue of reciting this specific phrase on the Day of Ashura:
Meaning:
"Whoever recites this sentence 70 times on the Day of Ashura:
"Hasbiyallahu wa ni'mal wakil, ni'mal maula wa ni'man nasir"
'Allah is sufficient for me, He is the best Protector, the best Master, and the best Helper.'
...then Allah Ta’ala will protect him from all evil and dangers throughout that entire year."

DALIL
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ قَالَهَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ حِينَ أُلْقِيَ فِي النَّارِ
Dari Ibnu 'Abbas radhiyallahu 'anhuma, ia berkata: "Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil" adalah kalimat yang diucapkan oleh Nabi Ibrahim AS. ketika beliau dilemparkan ke dalam api
From Ibn 'Abbas radhiyallahu 'anhuma, he said: 'Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil' is the statement that Prophet Ibrahim AS said when he was thrown into the fire
أَنَّ مَنْ قَالَ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ وَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلَى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ - سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً - كَفَاهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى شَرَّ ذَلِكَ الْعَامِ
Barang siapa membaca 70 kali:
hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil ni'mal mawla wa ni'man nasir
Maka Allah Swt. akan menjaganya dari segala mara bahaya selama setahun yg akan datang. (Sebagian guru jg dawuh; Wirid ini termasuk jalbur rizqi)
Whoever recites 70 times:
Hasbunallah wa ni'mal wakil, ni'mal maula wa ni'man nasir
Then Allah SWT will protect him from all dangers and harms throughout the coming year. (Some scholars also mention that this Wird is also a means of attracting sustenance/rezeki)
