Tatkala Nabi ﷺ melarang para sahabat berpuasa wishal menyambung puasa tanpa berbuka demi memberikan kemudahan dan rahmat bagi mereka, para sahabat bertanya: "Tetapi wahai Rasulullah, bukankah engkau sendiri melakukannya?"
Nabi ﷺ menjawab dengan penuh keagungan:
"Sesungguhnya aku tidak seperti kalian. Rabb-ku (Allah SWT) memberi aku makan dan minum." (HR. Bukhari & Muslim)
Allah memberi beliau kekuatan setara orang yang telah makan dan minum secara fisik. Sungguh, beliau ﷺ senantiasa hidup dan "dijamu" langsung oleh Tuhannya.
Lahir dengan Kemuliaan yang Luar Biasa
Sayyiduna Abbas r.a. pernah menyampaikan:
"Beliau ﷺ lahir dalam keadaan telah dikhitan (sunat) dan terpotong tali pusarnya." (HR. Baihaqi)
Syeikh Yusri Jabr menjelaskan: sejak dalam kandungan, Nabi ﷺ tidak bergantung pada tali pusar untuk nutrisi seperti bayi pada umumnya. Allah lah yang langsung memberi beliau asupan. Bahkan sejak awal kehidupan, beliau hidup langsung dengan Tuhannya.
Wangi yang Melebihi Segala Wewangian
Suatu hari Nabi ﷺ tidur di rumah Anas bin Malik hingga berkeringat. Ibu Anas, Ummu Sulaim, segera membawa botol untuk menampung keringat mulia itu. Saat beliau terbangun dan bertanya, Ummu Sulaim menjawab dengan lembut:
"Kami jadikannya campuran minyak wangi kami, dan itu adalah seharum-harumnya wewangian." (HR. Muslim)
Sayyiduna Jabir r.a. juga menegaskan:
"Tidaklah Nabi ﷺ melewati suatu jalan, melainkan orang-orang tahu beliau telah lewat karena wangi yang tertinggal dari tubuhnya."
Wibawa yang Tak Tergambarkan
Allah benar-benar memuliakan Nabi-Nya (Muhammad) dengan rupa yang paling indah dan akhlak yang sempurna. Di antara seluruh nabi, Nabi Muhammad ﷺ adalah puncak keindahan dan kemuliaan. Begitu besar wibawa beliau, hingga sahabat Amru bin 'Ash r.a. berkata:
"Jika diminta untuk menggambarkan beliau, aku takkan sanggup. Karena aku tak pernah mampu menatap beliau dengan sepenuh mataku terlalu agung untuk dipandang." (Asy-Syifa, Qadhi 'Iyadh, hlm. 326)
Sungguh, beliau ﷺ bukan manusia biasa. Beliau adalah pilihan Allah, rahmat bagi semesta, dan kekasih yang paling mulia. Semoga kita semua mendapat syafaat beliau di hari akhir nanti
ENGLISH
TRULY, NO ORDINARY MAN ﷺ
When the Prophet ﷺ forbade his Companions from observing wishal continuing the fast without breaking it out of mercy and kindness toward them, the Companions asked: "But O Messenger of Allah, do you not do this yourself?"
The Prophet ﷺ replied with sublime dignity:
"I am not like you. My Lord feeds me and gives me drink." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari & Muslim)
Allah granted him strength equal to one who eats and drinks physically. Truly, he ﷺ was always sustained and "hosted" directly by his Lord.
Born with Extraordinary Nobility
Sayyiduna Abbas r.a. once related:
"He ﷺ was born already circumcised, with his umbilical cord severed." (Narrated by Al-Baihaqi)
Shaykh Yusri Jabr explains: even while in his mother’s womb, the Prophet ﷺ did not depend on the umbilical cord for nourishment like other infants. Allah Himself provided for him directly. From the very beginning of his life, he was connected and sustained by his Lord.
A Scent Beyond All Perfume
One day the Prophet ﷺ slept at the home of Anas bin Malik and began to sweat. Anas’ mother, Ummu Sulaim, quickly brought a vial to collect that blessed sweat. When he woke and asked what she was doing, she replied gently:
"We mix it into our perfumes for it is the sweetest fragrance of all." (Narrated by Muslim)
Sayyiduna Jabir r.a. also confirmed:
"Wherever the Prophet ﷺ passed, people knew he had been there because of the beautiful scent he left behind."
A Dignity Beyond Description
Allah honored His Messenger ﷺ with the most radiant countenance and perfect character. Among all the prophets, Muhammad ﷺ stands as the very peak of beauty and nobility. So immense was his majesty that the Companion Amru bin 'Ash r.a. said:
"If I were asked to describe him, I could not. For I never once looked upon him with my eyes fully open his presence was far too awe‑inspiring to behold." (Asy‑Syifa, Qadhi 'Iyadh, p. 326)
Truly, he ﷺ is no ordinary man. He is Allah’s chosen one, mercy to all the worlds, and the most beloved of creation. May we all receive his intercession on the Day of Judgment
DALIL
إِنِّي لَسْتُ كَهَيْئَتِكُمْ، إِنِّي يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي
Sesungguhnya aku tidak seperti kalian, Rabb-ku memberi-ku makan dan minum. (HR. Bukhari & Muslim)
Truly, I am not like you. My Lord feeds me and gives me drink

وُلِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَخْتُونًا مَسْرُورًا، وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: مَقْطُوعَ السُّرَّةِ

Tidaklah Nabi ﷺ melewati suatu jalan, melainkan orang akan tahu beliau telah lewat dari wangi tubuhnya"
Wherever the Prophet ﷺ passed, people knew he had been there by the fragrance of his body
وَلَوْ سُئِلْتُ أَنْ أَصِفَهُ مَا أَطَقْتُ؛ لِأَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ أَمْلَأُ عَيْنَيَّ مِنْهُ
Jika diminta menshifati beliau, aku tak akan sanggup. Karena aku tak pernah mampu menatap beliau dengan sepenuh mataku (karena haibah & ta'jub). (Asy-Syifa, Qadhi 'Iyadh hal 326.)
If I were asked to describe him, I could not do so. For I have never been able to look upon him with my eyes fully open such was his awe and majesty

💛 SECUIL CINTA SEJATI
Suatu hari, Nabi Isa 'alaihissalam berjalan melewati seorang pemuda yang sedang menyiram kebunnya. Saat melihat Nabi Isa, pemuda itu segera memanggil:
"Wahai Nabi Isa, mintalah kepada Tuhanmu agar aku diberikan cinta kepada-Nya, walau hanya seberat semut yang terkecil."
Nabi Isa menjawab lembut:
"Kamu takkan sanggup menanggung cinta kepada Allah SWT, walau hanya seberat semut sekalipun."
Pemuda itu belum berhenti, ia memohon lagi:
"Kalau begitu, berikanlah separuhnya saja."
Melihat keinginannya yang begitu tulus dan menggebu, akhirnya Nabi Isa menyanggupi. Beliau berdoa:
"Ya Tuhanku, berilah dia rasa cinta kepada-Mu seberat setengah semut terkecil."
Setelah itu Nabi Isa pun melanjutkan perjalanannya.
Beberapa waktu kemudian, Nabi Isa kembali ke tempat itu, namun tak lagi mendapati pemuda sedang bekerja di kebun. Beliau bertanya kepada orang sekitar, dan mendapat kabar bahwa pemuda itu kini berada di atas gunung, seolah tak sadar diri.
Nabi Isa pun mendaki hingga menjumpainya. Beliau memberi salam, namun pemuda itu diam saja.
"Aku Isa, wahai pemuda," tegur beliau. Tetapi pemuda itu tetap tak bergeming, matanya terus menatap langit dengan penuh kerinduan.
Saat itulah wahyu Allah turun:
"Wahai Isa, dia tak lagi dapat mendengar perkataan manusia, sebab hatinya telah dipenuhi setengah berat semut cinta kepada-Ku. Demi keagungan dan keluhuran-Ku, sekalipun engkau mengiris tubuhnya dengan gergaji, ia tak akan merasakan sakit sedikit pun."

💛 A TASTE OF TRUE LOVE
One day, Prophet Isa 'alaihissalam passed by a young man who was watering his garden. When the young man saw him, he called out at once:
"O Prophet Isa, ask your Lord to grant me love for Him even if it is only as heavy as the tiniest ant."
Prophet Isa replied gently:
"You would not be able to bear the love of Allah SWT, not even as heavy as a single ant."
The young man would not give up; he pleaded again:
"If so, then grant me only half of that weight."
Seeing his sincere and burning longing, Prophet Isa finally agreed. He prayed:
"My Lord, grant him love for You as heavy as half the tiniest ant."
After this, Prophet Isa continued on his way.
Some time later, Prophet Isa returned to the same place, but found the young man no longer tending his garden. He asked the people nearby, and was told that the young man had wandered up into the mountains, as if he had lost awareness of this world.
Prophet Isa climbed until he found him there. He greeted him, but the young man remained silent.
"I am Isa, my young friend," he said clearly. Yet the man did not stir; his eyes stayed fixed upon the sky, filled with deep longing.
At that moment, revelation came from Allah:
"O Isa, he can no longer hear the words of people, for his heart has been filled with half an ant’s weight of love for Me. By My Majesty and Sublimity, even if you were to cut his body with a saw, he would feel no pain at all."
